News and articles on this site are based on numerous studies being conducted all over the globe. Findings of these researches should not be taken as the final verdict. For example, one study might suggest unsaturated fat is bad for health, whereas another study conducted by different scientists may show it is in fact good for health. Many studies have shown that drinking red wine lowers the risk of heart disease, but this should not encourage people to take up wine drinking.
It is also important to know who funded the research. When a study suggests wheat is good for health, it is very likely that the research was funded by the Wheat Growers of America or the Wheat Farmers of Europe, etc.
Readers should use their knowledge and instinct before making a final judgment on these studies.
